Who I Work With

At Healing with Hanna Counseling, I hold space for adults who have spent years tending to others while their own needs quietly slipped beneath the surface. Maybe you were the easy one, the strong one, the one who knew how to disappear just enough to stay safe, loved, unnoticed, or accepted. Maybe you learned to shrink your voice or stretch your boundaries to fit into places that were never built with you in mind. 


You might be someone who feels too much and not enough all at once. Someone who longs to feel more at home in their body and in their relationships. Someone who is curious about healing the mind-body connection, not just coping. Someone who’s ready for trauma healing that honors both your resilience and your exhaustion.

No two people walk the same path, and there’s no one way to heal. In our work together, we’ll explore whatever’s alive for you whether that’s past pain, present stressors, or future possibilities.
