Therapy is a meaningful investment in your healing, growth, and capacity to live in alignment with your values. My standard fee is $165 per 50–55 minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need and availability, in alignment with my commitment to accessible mental health care.

I support flexible care models, including sliding scale options and documentation to help you navigate your insurance options. Please feel free to inquire if cost is a barrier. While space is limited, I will always do my best to support your care, whether that is through working together or offering a trusted referral.

I am an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means I do not bill insurance providers directly. However, many of my clients with insurance plans that include out-of-network benefits are eligible for at least partial reimbursement through their insurance provider.

To support this process, I offer:

• OON benefit verification checks: I can help you verify your specific insurance plan to see if you're eligible for reimbursement before we get started. Please don't hesitate to ask!
• OON claim submission: With your explicit permission, I can submit claims on your behalf via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
• Superbills: A monthly document you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

You’re not expected to navigate this alone. I’ll guide you through the process so you can make an informed decision about your care and costs.
