Initial Consultation (50 minutes): $25

Individual Session (50 minutes): $175

Life Coaching Session (50 minutes): $175

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need and availability. These are offered in alignment with my commitment to accessible and equitable mental health care.

I support flexible care models, including sliding scale options and documentation to help you navigate insurance reimbursement. If cost is a concern, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to support your care, whether that’s through working together or offering a trusted referral.

I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. 

I’ve made this choice intentionally so I can offer care that’s guided by your needs, not by insurance requirements like specific diagnosis, treatment plans, and session limits. Working out of network gives us the flexibility to move at your pace, protect your privacy, and honor the full complexity of your experience.

However, many clients with OON benefits receive at least partial reimbursement from their insurance provider.

To support you in this process, I offer:

• Out-of-network benefits check: I can help you verify whether your plan offers reimbursement (before or after we begin).
• Claim submission: With your permission, I can submit claims on your behalf via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
• Superbills: If you prefer to submit your own claims, I can provide a monthly document you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

You’re not expected to figure this out on your own. I’m here to guide you through the process so you can make informed decisions about your care.
